New CS3 Office Building

CS3, Inc is in the plan developement stage of a new office building.  As CS3, Inc continues to grow as a company, their current office and warehouse space just isn't large enough.  In the Fall of 2011 CS3 will break ground on a new state of the art 48,000 square feet building.  It will contain a two-story 20,000 square feet office area with a 28,000 square feet warehouse and sheet metal shop.  Since CS3, Inc is a licensed General, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractor, they will be self-performing much of the work.  The estimated completion date of the project is the summer of 2012.
